Accessing the Extranet

Instructions for accessing Extranet site

1. Insure that you have a BroadSoft Xchange account.
    a. If you already have an Xchange account, make a note of the login-in credentials you use with Xchange (e.g. an email address and password), and skip to step #4 below.
    b. If you need an Xchange account, proceed to step #2 below.
    c. If you have an Xchange account but do not remember the password, proceed to step #3 below.

2. To sign up for an Xchange account:
    a. Navigate to http://xchange.broadsoft.com/php/xchange/
    b. On the right side of the page, locate and click the green “Request an Account” button, and follow the directions from there.


    c. Once you have your Xchange credentials, please send an email to the group administrator for the Extranet site(s) in question.
    d. Group administrator will allow access to the Extranet site(s), and confirm via email. Move to step #4 below.

3. If you have forgotten your Xchange password:
    a. Navigate to http://xchange.broadsoft.com/php/xchange/
    b. On the left side of the page, locate and click the “> Forgot your password?” link, and follow the directions from there.


    c. Once you have your Xchange credentials, move to step #4 below.

4. Navigate to the new Extranet site, located at http://extranet.broadsoft.com
    a. Note that we have re-used the same link from the previous Extranet.

    b. Enter your login credentials at the left side of the page (…the same ones used with Xchange).
    c. Once you have successfully logged in, you should see something like this:

    d. Click the “Groups” selection, and look for the group in question. If you see it, proceed to the next section (#5); otherwise, please check with the group administrator to insure that your Xchange credentials have been extended to allow access to the right group(s) within the Extranet.
